# How to keep your product images organized as your catalog grows

Say a new product photoshoot just came back — a couple hundred images — and several pages across the store need updating with them: a hero banner here, a product gallery there, a few category thumbnails. Hunting for the right file each time, on each widget, is where this kind of update usually turns tedious. MagicFront keeps it to one library, reachable from wherever you’re editing.

## One grid for everything you’ve uploaded

All your images and videos live in a single grid you can browse directly, rather than being scattered across whichever page they were first uploaded on.

## Getting the new shoot in is one step

New files go in with a button that lets you select one or several at once, or by dragging and dropping them straight into the library — either way, the 200 images from the shoot don’t have to go in one at a time.

## Finding the right one again

Once they’re in, you can filter the grid by type — images, videos, or both — and search by name to jump straight to the file you need instead of scrolling the whole grid. When a file’s no longer needed, it can be deleted from the same place.

## Using it directly on a widget

From any image field on a widget, you can open the media library right there, select the file, and insert its URL into that field — and if you’re replacing what’s already there, you can preview the new media and swap it in directly, without leaving the widget you’re editing to go find the file first.
