## Frequently asked questions

When and how do I get paid?
Monthly, 30 days after the customer’s payment (Net 30), by bank transfer, PayPal or Wise. Minimum payout of $50 — smaller balances roll over to the next month.

How is my referral tracked?
Two ways: your personal link (60-day cookie, last click) and your discount code. If both appear, the code wins. Your dashboard shows every click, trial and conversion in real time.

What happens if my referral cancels?
Your recurring commission is paid for each month your referral stays subscribed. If they cancel, the commission simply stops — you keep everything already earned.

Do free trials count?
Commissions are triggered when your referral converts to a paid plan and their first invoice is collected. Trials appear in your dashboard so you can track your pipeline.

Can I be an Ambassador and a Solution Expert partner?
Yes. The programs are complementary — Ambassadors recommend, Solution Experts implement. Each customer acquisition is commissioned once, in one program.

What can’t I do?
No self-referrals, no spam, no bidding on the “magicfront” brand in search ads, and sponsored content must be identified as such. Simple rules, one-page terms.
